If you are following our 10 Day Body Reboot Program, and are looking to plan The Core 4 days (days 4-7), the we recommend you use the specific planner for that phase.  It is restricted to the specific meals recommended for those 3 days.  Click here for The Core 4 planner.

If you are unsure how to use the planner, please watch our quick guide video at the top right of this page. Please note that the tutorial was recorded using The Core 4 planner, but the same information applies to this planner, you just have more recipes to choose from in the drop down list.
