
Aromatic Curry Powder - Nightshade Free
There are a ton of great store bought curry powders or spices out there, but finding one that is nightshade free... now that's a challenge. Most contain paprika as a minimum, some also have chili. Needless to say, we make our own, it take a couple of minutes, a quick shake and its ready to go.

Ingredients
- 4.5 tsp Coriander, ground
- 2 tsp Turmeric, ground
- 1.5 tsp Cumin, ground
- 1/2 tsp Ground black pepper
- 1/2 tsp Cardamom, ground
- 1/2 tsp White cloves, ground
- 1/2 tsp Ginger, ground
- 1 tsp Mustard powder
- 1 tsp Ground Cinnamon
Instructions
- Place all the spices in a jar and shake well
- Done
Notes
All of the spices are dried ground spices, they can be easily bought from the supermarket, or if you have a spice grinder, you can use place the seeds/pods in that to grind fresh. It does make a difference.
