Another grain free bread for you to try, This Paleo Coconut Bread is quick, easy and so far my favorite sandwich bread.

Ingredients
Dry Ingredients
- 10 tbsp Coconut flour
- 1 tbsp Psyllium Husk Powder
- 1 tsp Baking Soda
- 1 tsp Himalayan Salt
Wet Ingredients
- 4 tbsp Coconut oil
- 2 tbsp Local Raw Honey
- 6 eggs Large Eggs
- 4 oz Apple Sauce, Unsweetened
Instructions
- Sift coconut flour and baking soda into a bowl
- Add salt and psyllium husk, stir to combine
- Mix the wet ingredients in another bowl
- Pour the wet ingredients into the dry, and whisk until smooth
- Place into a loaf pan, lined with parchment paper
- Bake at 350F for 35-40 minutes, or until firm and golden
