Rustic Veggie Pizza
Using our new found rustic vegan pizza crust, we make a simple veggie pizza, perfect hot or cold! It's quick to make, and can be fully vegan depending on the cheese you pick. This one is fully vegan, as we always go with dairy free cheese.
- Preheat oven to 450F
- Spread the 2 tbsp of the fake-mato sauce on each pizza crust
- Sprinkle half the cheese on the base, top with the veg, then finally sprinkle the remaining cheese over the top
- Line a flat baking sheet with parchment paper, and place pizzas on top
- Cook for 10-12 minutes
- Cut into slices using a regular pizza cutter and serve
