  • 2 tbsp Lime Juice
  • 2 tbsp Apple cider vinegar
  • 1 tbsp Flax Oil
  • 2 tbsp Local Raw Honey
  • 1 cup Crushed Ice
  • 1 cup Water


  • Add all ingredients EXCEPT honey, into the blender. Blend until smooth
  • Leave blender running, and add honey through the small opening in the top of the blender cap. Blend until combined
  • Poor and drink cold.
